    ACE CMO Weiner to Participate on Yale/CORE Technical Expert Panel for Reevaluation of Inpatient Claims-based Outcome Measures

    Dr. Bonnie H Weiner, MD, Chief Medical Officer of ACEMIDLOTHIAN, VA — Yale New Haven Health Services Corporation Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE),  selected Bonnie H Weiner, MD, MSEC, MBA, and Chief Medical Officer of Accreditation for Cardiovascular Excellence (ACE), to participate on their Technical Expert Panel for the Reevaluation of Inpatient Claims-based Outcome Measures. CORE's work with the Technical Expert Panel falls under contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for Development, Reevaluation, and Implementation of Outcome/Efficiency Measures for Hospital and Eligible Clinicians.

    News: ACE CMO Weiner Selected for Yale Core Expert PanelAs part of its measure reevaluation process, CORE is convening this group of experts to contribute direction and thoughtful input into the refinement of claims-based hospital outcome measure risk models. The panel will meet several times between December 2019 and March 2020.
