Accreditation/CQI Fees

There is a $250.00 non-refundable fee to obtain an initial application to ACE for any accreditation/CQI program.

Accreditation/CQI program pricing is listed below. Payment is due at the time the application is submitted. This fee may be refunded in part if the facility does not complete the application process prior to a site visit. After a site visit is conducted, no part of the fee will be refunded.

Accreditation
The accreditation fee includes review of all materials, initial onsite visits and interviews, and ongoing monitoring, the extent of which is determined by the accreditation type and facility compliance. In some cases (typically where facility provides outlier outcomes data), ACE may determine that an onsite physician visit is necessary. In that case, the facility will also be required to reimburse the expenses incurred for the physician visit.

CQI
The accreditation fee also includes ongoing CQI review and evaluation for the duration of the accreditation. This includes follow-up consultations, site visits when appropriate (for example, in the event of a personnel change, new procedure implementations, process change or sentinel event), and continuing monitoring, review and modification of improvement goals and milestones.
